A day in the life of a Managing Partner:

• Manage profitability through cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial review.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
• Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality.

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Managing Partner or General Manager in food service or retail, including profit and loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk throughout shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
