Solutions Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Solutions Manager to join their team. As a Solutions Manager, you will be part of the Business Operations supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Collaborate across the business to identify solutions and alternatives to address various challenges, including global opportunities.
• Seek out systems and operational solutions that meet business requirements and support strategic goals.
• Engage early with business clients and build solid cross-functional relationships with impacted stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support proposed solutions and project requirements.
• Serve as a key stakeholder for partner and business team projects, communicating updates and progress effectively.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience managing projects that span multiple lines of business or clients.
• Proven success in driving change to platform systems and business processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with technical documentation, system evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
