Solution Architect

Our client, a leader in providing innovative technology and services for the energy industry with a focus on sustainability, is seeking a Solution Architect to join their team. As a Solution Architect, you will be part of the Payroll and HR Technology support team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Houston, TX (Remote)

What's the Job?

• Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions tailored for Mexico.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to translate client requirements into effective, innovative solutions.

• Provide expert guidance on SAP HCM Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors platform functionalities.

• Develop detailed solution architecture, conduct workshops, and gather stakeholder feedback.

• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of payroll solutions.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, particularly in Mexico.

• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and payroll process optimization.

• Proficiency in requirements analysis, solution architecture, and planning.

• Ability to influence and advise stakeholders effectively.

• Willingness to travel to Colombia as required for project needs.
