Solderer Assembler Technician - 1st Shift

Location: Kearny Mesa, CA

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00AM - 3:30PM Mon - Fri)

Pay Rate: $22 - 25/HR depending on experience

Job Description

• Read work orders and follow production documentation and sample assemblies.
• Receive verbal instructions regarding duties.
• Perform tasks such as labeling, wire cutting, stuffing, crimping, bagging, tagging, soldering, potting, IDC, SCSI, heat shrinking, PC board soldering, back-shelling, harnessing, harness board construction, box builds, and kitting.
• Create wire lists and perform pin extraction.
• Assist in the Quality Management System (QMS) and commit to continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

• Soldering, assembly, and labeling expertise.
• Proficiency in wire cutting, crimping, and harness assembly.
• Knowledge of IPC 610/620 standards.
• J-STD-001 Certification (can be expired).
• Ability to use microscopes, long nose pliers, side cutters, and soldering irons.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
