Your Role

• Supervise all on-site activities for commercial solar installations
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders

What You Bring

• 5+ years of solar construction experience, with 3+ years in a superintendent role
• Proven success managing commercial or utility-scale solar projects
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and construction practices
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
