Architectural Project Manager

Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, managing all phases with precision and creativity. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality institutional designs that meet budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all stages of architectural projects, from initial planning to final delivery
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and local regulations
• Supervise and mentor internal design and technical staff

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and architectural design software
• Strong in construction documentation and administration
• Proven project management capabilities
• Deep understanding of architectural principles and design processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Architectural license preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the field
• Demonstrated success with institutional projects (e.g., libraries, government centers, schools)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
