Software Triage Engineer ADAS

Overview

Insight Global is looking for a test and triage engineer to support new features development for one of our largest tech clients in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing scenarios and procedures to comprehensively assess engineering solutions
• Triage test data on a technical level and be the bridge with engineering for root causing issues
• Provide reliable and consistent judgment of product quality from the perspective of end user based on evidence collected
• Work with operation team to arrange logistics for testing
• Report product issues in a timely and structured manner using issue management system (JIRA)

Compensation

This role can pay between $85-$87/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Experience with software triage and root-cause analysis within ADAS
• Proficient in Python or C++
• Understanding of vehicle software systems
• Experience with ADAS parking features
• Experience in Linux
