About the Role

As a Stationary Engineer on the 6 am to 2 pm shift, will be responsible for inspections, preventative maintenance and general maintenance of utilities systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety and reliability while maintaining peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment in physical plant and mechanical areas daily.
• Document readings and make repairs on all equipment to minimize breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled with proper documentation.
• Facilitate repairs and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Education: Associate's degree preferred
• Licensure: State of Maryland First Grade Stationary Engineer's License
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience
