We're looking for an experienced back-end developer with the software engineering skills it takes to identify potential risks, contribute to solution development, and create efficient and effective systems for our clients.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• 2+ years of experience with designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python
• Experience with relational databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
• Ability to ensure data integrity and optimize database performance through best practices
• Ability to write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Elasticsearch and OpenMetadata
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or IT

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
