Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable systems that support compute-intensive workloads, data access, and research applications.
• Build infrastructure capable of managing large-scale processing and complex data storage challenges.
• Work closely with researchers and traders to understand their workflows and rapidly deliver tailored prototypes.
• Contribute to the development of tools and platforms used by teams across multiple global offices.
• Continuously refine system performance and usability through iterative development and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and deploying containerized applications.
• Understanding of distributed systems, large data architecture, and high-performance storage solutions.
• Enthusiastic about collaborating with trading and research teams to enhance their workflows.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
