The Social Media & PR Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Social Media/PR and Marketing teams to provide administrative support for Boot Barn Inc. and exclusive brands. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, can work well against deadlines and is used to managing a multitude of projects at a time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly social media and PR report for all Boot Barn related social channels
• Organize and maintain PR closet and incoming samples
• Create and maintain PR line sheet to be distributed to content creators
• Maintain Pinterest for all Boot Barn brands along with campaign launches, seasonal boards, and new arrivals
• Create seasonal creative briefs to share with our content creators (project and season based)
• Community management - Monitor and facilitate responses to social media posts in partnership with the Customer Service team on all platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
• Support marketing and PR initiatives by influencer sourcing based on projects
• Packing and shipping of PR orders, follow-up and organization of digital library
• Provide general administrative support to the Social Media/PR and Marketing teams
• Occasional graphic design projects for PR events and social graphics
• Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
• Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
• Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.

Please note that this role is an administrative role. This role does not include content creation or travel.
