SNOW Engineer

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Snow Engineer with an active Secret clearance to provide ServiceNow support for Government customer. This position will be located in Arlington, VA and will be a fully remote position within the United States.

Responsibilities

ServiceNow Administrative Duties

• n

  Manage all tickets for ServiceNow-related issues.

  n

• n

  Maintain system functionality (Mid Servers, LDAP, User/Group Maintenance, Location verification, and reporting on any issues with connected apps)

  n

• n

  Creating and managing the Service Portal and Request issues.

  n
n
• n

  Working with Developers to provide appropriate UX functionality for users.

  n
n
• n

  Provide insight and techniques for ServiceNow usage to improve functionality and ease of use.

  n
n

Junior Developer Duties

n
• n

  Implement and improve complex workflows for task automation.

  n
n
• n

  Improve backend functionality for technicians through the ticket interface.

  n
n
• n

  Troubleshoot code related to previous implementations.

  n
n

Contract Manager Duties

n
• n

  Work with 3rd party applications to manage and maintain proper connections to the Production environment.

  n
n
• n

  Ensure timely communications and information exchange for smooth implementation.

  n
n
• n

  Maintain constant communication with HiWave to ensure all team members are receiving proper and updated information for their submitted issues.

  n
n

Qualifications

n
• n

  Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years of ServiceNow development, administration, and implementation(or commensurate experience)

  n
n
• n

  Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability

  n
n

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

USD $130,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
