What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for technical initiatives - from initiation and planning to execution and post-delivery evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk/issue logs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery cadence is maintained.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Ensure proper documentation, hand-offs, and operational readiness for project go-lives

What You'll Bring

• Completed 4-year degree with 3-7 years of technical project or program management
• Experience within the energy industry
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $71/hr to $81/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
