Job Description: Technical Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Solution Architect to lead solution design efforts across CTM modernization initiatives. This role requires translating complex business and system requirements into a scalable and secure target architecture.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead solution design across CTM modernization programs.
• Translate business and system requirements into target architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with modernization goals.
• Apply modernization patterns such as the Strangler Fig to incrementally improve legacy systems.
• Ensure architectural solutions are cloud-native and leverage AWS services.
• Promote API-first integration and microservices-based design.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in leading CTM modernization efforts.
• Strong background in finance and data architecture.
• Expertise in cloud-native design using AWS.
• Experience with API-first integration and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of modernization patterns including the Strangler Fig.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake data platform.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• Over 2 years of experience in financial services
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in AWS architecture or Snowflake.
• Experience with enterprise-scale financial systems.
