Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sitecore Developer with hands-on experience in Sitecore CMS, JavaScript, and React.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a solid understanding of building scalable, high-performance web applications.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, interactive solutions that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers and developers to translate design mockups into responsive web applications using Sitecore, JavaScript, and React.
Develop custom Sitecore solutions including templates, layouts, components, and workflows.
Build and maintain front-end components and user interfaces using React.
Integrate third-party systems and APIs into Sitecore and React applications.
Optimize website performance and user experience using front-end best practices.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry standards.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
Stay current with web development trends and share insights with the team.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Required Qualifications

Bachelorâ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in web development.
Strong experience with Sitecore CMS, SXA, .NET Framework, .NET Core.
Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
Solid understanding of Sitecore architecture including SXA templates, layouts, renderings, Solr Search, and content management.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Redux, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling (AJAX/fetch).
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating AI or personalization features into Sitecore.
Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
