Shipping And Receiving Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated shipping and receiving specialist capable of handling various tasks related to inventory management and kit assembly. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage physical tasks, and follow detailed instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building simple kits, including picking, separating, counting, and handling inventory.
• Contribute to the auto bagging process of inventory.
• Participate in inventory picking.
• Help with gland assembly.
• Assist with the packaging of kits, including boxing, labeling, and taping.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs periodically.
• Capability to stand throughout the entire day.
• Proficiency in working independently.
• Good hand motor skills for separating, counting, manipulating, and collecting small parts.
• Ability to work constantly with hands for bagging, labeling, and manipulating small parts, which may require exerting significant force with thumbs and fingers.
• Ability to follow verbal directions with strong language skills in English or Filipino.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with material handling equipment.
• Comfortable with lifting 35-50 lbs.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Louisville, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
