Temporary Employee For Digitization Of Employee Records

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable temporary employee to assist with the digitization of paper-based employee records. This role will be responsible for scanning physical files and preparing them for upload into Workday, our HR information system. The position will work under the direct supervision of the local Human Resources team and is expected to last approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare paper employee files for scanning
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents accurately
• Ensure scanned files are clear, complete, and properly labeled
• Follow established protocols for file naming and categorization
• Coordinate with HR team to verify document types and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information
• Assist with basic data entry or upload tasks into Workday as needed
• Report progress and any issues to HR supervisor regularly

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred. Familiarity with scanning equipment and basic computer applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.

Experience Level: Entry Level

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
