The Shake Bar by Steak 'n Shake is looking for managers who are passionate and energetic with a fun-loving attitude to provide the Gold Standard in hospitable service to our guests at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Experience the dynamic crowds of athletic events, concerts, and other events and become a member of the employer of choice, putting employees first!
Shift Managers at The Shake Bar lead an energetic team to deliver the Gold Standard in Hospitality by providing the highest quality milkshakes, not available anywhere else, like our Crazy Shakes. We interact with guests and prepare every Shake to order with enthusiasm and attention to detail. We support each other in a high-energy environment of teamwork while demonstrating the Golden Rule! During downtime at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, there will be the potential for travel to our sister stores to assist in their needs.

The Shift Manager reports directly to the General Manager. They assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the restaurant, directing the employees, ensuring guest satisfaction and thereby demonstrating the Gold Standard in service. They will partner with the General Manager to meet the business and strategic objectives of the organization. The sky is the limit for those seeking to make a difference in this world!
