About the Role:

We're looking for a Machine Operator to join our close-knit team in a clean, organized, and safety-first facility. You'll play a key role in setting up and operating punch presses for metal stamping, ensuring high-quality production every time.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and secure tooling in punch presses before production runs
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision and quality
• Operate metal stamping presses safely and efficiently
• Monitor machines and troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly
• Tear down tooling after production runs

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in punch press setup and operation
• Ability to read technical blueprints and use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measure)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Commitment to safety and quality

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.00/hr.
