General Laborer

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production team supporting various operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Blue Earth, MN

Pay Range: $20.93 per hour

What's the Job?

Safely set-up and operate various types of machines and specialized equipment to optimize production output.

Continuously fill mixer hopper by emptying 50 pound bags of product

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.

Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot routine malfunctions to ensure high-quality goods are produced.

Accurately maintain records and documentation as required, notifying supervisors of any unusual problems or safety issues.

Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety, ensuring compliance with all operational protocols.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions.
