Who you are

Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive - ServiceNow

Slalom is currently seeking a collaborative ServiceNow Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive to drive business results across the capability. The individual in this role will serve Slalom’s clients as a solution sales executive, building and executing predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about delivering positive outcome-based work for clients and growing the Slalom brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales opportunities through various stages within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Conduct customer needs analysis using standard scoping guides and transition qualified leads to module / Industry product experts
  • Engage in outreach to local markets to ensure the implementation of best-in-class selling tactics across regions
  • Identify customer needs and leverage Global Solutions assets to enhance customer deals
  • Monitor the deal pipeline during weekly forecast calls
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Generate demand through industry events, ServiceNow relationships, and co-marketing initiatives with partners
  • Execute partner events, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and periodic pipeline sharing calls with ServiceNow sales leaders in collaboration with Slalom Alliances
  • Foster and develop relationships with ServiceNow peers
  • Monitor the CRM system and alerts for potential deals
  • Oversee customer project delivery to ensure successful outcomes
  • Draft and communicate compelling customer success stories
  • Present customer success stories to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional services selling experience with 3+ years of selling ServiceNow specifically
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow go-to-market sales teams and selling motions.
  • Ability to articulate ServiceNow products, modules, competition, and adjacent solutions effectively.
  • Adaptability to different sales pursuit roles based on customer situations and the skills and availability of other Slalom team members.
  • Develop competitive sales messages, define project scope, create staffing plans, and draft sales proposals.
  • Negotiate financial components of project plans, including bill rates, projected utilization, margins, discounts, and concessions.
  • Annual revenue targets $3m+

Compensation and Equal Opportunity

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for the Sales Executive is $104,000-$181,000. The base salary pay range for the Senior Sales Executive is $123,000-$215,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
