Service Technician

Technical Support Specialist

Provide phone support for incoming technical calls related to our Powerboss, Scrubmaster, and robot product lines.

Troubleshoot equipment problems with field technicians.

Administer warranty claims, including evaluation and modification.

Communicate warranty questions on field units, including coverage and eligibility.

Evaluate warranty parts when called in for inspection.

Record and communicate negative trends, zero hour, or serial issues.

Report quality issues to the Production Manager.

Record data in SAP for zero hour and serial issues.

Participate in bi-monthly meetings with production and sales teams.

Collaborate with Quality Engineers on known and potential mechanical concerns.

Demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Experience with warranty administration and claim evaluation.

Ability to communicate effectively with field technicians and internal teams.

Familiarity with SAP or similar data recording systems.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hampshire,IL.
