Job Title: Service Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Work closely and in alignment with VP of Service to develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of annual sales goals, department growth, and profitability.

Ensure that all members of the Service Sales team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.

Responsible for the performance and development of the Service Sales team.

Conduct regular coaching and counseling with Service Sales team members to coach, train, and align goals and expectations.

Maintains relationships with key clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

Prepares action plans by individuals and teams for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

Assists with business development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Service Sales team members to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for improving service sales and activity performance.

Provides timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on all proposals that are submitted for pricing and approval while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.

Assists Service Sales team members in the preparation of proposals and presentations.

Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

5+ years prior sales experience required.

Prior management in Sales experience highly preferred.

Good time management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word)

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
