We're seeking an Outlet Sales Manager to drive special event and group sales for our stunning steakhouse. If you're passionate about creating elevated dining experiences and building strong client relationships, this is your chance to join a world-class team and make an impact.

As a Private Dining Sales Manager, you would be responsible for representing the hotel's Fine Dining Restaurant "SER Steak + Spirits". You would facilitate to prospective clients and customers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability for the restaurant. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking food and beverage services in the Outlets
• Initiates new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients
• Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts
• Conduct property site visits and answer questions
• Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, service accounts and analyze lost business for the hotel(s)
• Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue goals
• Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts

What are we looking for?

Minimum years of experience: 1+ years of sales experience within restaurant private dining

Position is Monday - Friday between 8:30am-5:30pm, but at times flexibility with schedules is required based on groups

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Knowledge of the hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc)

Hilton offers a best-in-market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company's financial success.
