Description
The service coordinator will support the Seattle Storm season ticket members by managing membership-related inquiries, assisting with ticket sales, and ensuring an excellent experience for our loyal members. The service coordinator will play a key role in maintaining relationships with members and facilitating seamless access throughout the season.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Assist members with inquiries regarding membership benefits, renewal processes, and account updates
- Respond to all season ticket members needs such as customer service issues, ticket exchanges, add-on requests, and other ticketing and team-related questions
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving member issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with member communications, including emails, and notifications about events, and important updates
- Support the team in coordinating season ticket member events and additional season ticket benefits to increase loyalty
- Execute various roles during Seattle Storm home games to assist season ticket members and ensure a memorable experience for fans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless experience for members and to manage high-volume customer service during peak times
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring all details are up to date in our CRM system
- Contribute positively to the ticketing team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members
- Other duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities include the following:
- Work all Storm home games (played at Climate Pledge Arena)
Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications or a related field; or equivalent work experience
Related experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a related position with proven success
Required Competencies:
- Ability to work long or unpredictable hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with effectively with internal and external clients at all levels of an organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM and ticketing systems is preferred
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time.
