Senior Specialist - Store Support/Operations

About the Role: We're looking for a Sr. Specialist to power our in-store experience by supporting our Mobile, Inventory, and Pricing Applications and Hardware. You'll be key in building, testing, and implementing our mobile and back-office applications, ensuring our retail associates have the tools they need to stay focused on our customers. If you're an Agile pro with strong project management skills and a knack for problem-solving, you'll thrive in this fast-paced environment supporting our critical store systems and new technology rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds Agile stories, tests and implements the suite of mobile applications
• Provides access to key data and resources to associates via mobile interfaces keeping associates customer facing
• Responds to Store questions with a sense of urgency, developing long term solutions for frequent questions
• Ensures applications adhere to Company Policies, Standards and Procedures.
• Gains feedback, fosters relationships, and responds effectively to Field Operations
• Coordinates Mobile and Back Office Hardware and Infrastructure updates between Technology and Stores
• Supports Alpha/Beta implementations of new mobile/back-office hardware
• Supports Managed Pricing, CSIF and CTS Item Data maintenance
• Cross functional support for Next Gen POS
