Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust business census aligned with strategic goals.
• Prioritize face-to-face connections with referral sources in your territory.
• Assist in streamlining the referral-to-admission process to enhance patient care.
• Educate community members and healthcare professionals about our services and programs.
• Identify new opportunities through thorough market analysis.
• Address admissions barriers promptly and follow up on patient admissions.
• Conduct informative presentations about our services and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record as per company policy.
• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• At least two years of clinical or healthcare technology experience is a plus.
• Experience as a nurse liaison or in healthcare sales is advantageous.
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• A comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.
