Senior Sous Chef - Kia Center

Job Summary

Craft cuisine that captivates! As Sous Chef, you will help lead our culinary operations, elevate kitchen standards, and deliver top-tier dining experiences. You'll support the Executive Chef in executing innovative menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring every plate meets Levy's high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years in a high-volume kitchen leadership role
• ServSafe Certification required; HACCP knowledge preferred
• Strong proficiency in kitchen management systems

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen team members and daily operations
• Execute high-quality food production in line with Levy standards
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation compliance
• Collaborate on menu development and recipe testing
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
