Bring your culinary passion to the peak! As Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef in leading back-of-house operations, delivering show-stopping cuisine, and inspiring your culinary team in a high-volume mountain environment. You'll oversee food production, manage kitchen staff, and uphold Levy's commitment to quality and creativity.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, sanitation, and safety standards
• Experience managing large-scale food production and events
• ServSafe certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor kitchen team members in food preparation and execution
• Maintain quality control, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• Support menu planning, cost control, and inventory oversight
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on staff scheduling, training, and evaluations
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen operations across all outlets
