The Senior Real Estate Strategy Professional recommends, plans, and executes site space-plan changes. Oversees and plans annual facility spending for office services, building and grounds maintenance, and facility expansion or improvement projects. The Senior Space Planning & Strategy Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Real Estate Strategy Professional work assignments include analysis and data management support for a multi-functional real estate team (Facilities, Construction, Transactions and Design Management). Specific tasks include cost analysis for operating expenses, capital spend, work orders. Also monitoring and analysis of work order completion times and construction schedules, with benchmarking to industry data. Creates long-term strategic plans, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and using data-driven insights to inform decisions. Creates presentations for senior leadership, communicating key insights, and facilitating decision-making processes. The role also includes quality management support for the real estate team. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of data analytics/ trends/forecasting experience
- 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis or asset management
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- If located within the Louisville, KY market this role will be 2-3 days in office at the Waterside Building.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with real estate systems and tools (CoStar) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics or related field
- Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics
Scheduled Weekly Hours 40
Pay Range $86,300 - $118,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
