Position: Sr. System Conversion Project Manager

Location: 3 days/week on-site see above cities

Duration: 12+ month contract

Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.

Pay Rate Range: W2 $65-75/hr

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the AFS to LoanIQ system conversion. This is a hybrid Project Manager/Product Owner role focused on delivery execution. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in system upgrades and conversions, particularly within enterprise-level banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the AFS to LoanIQ conversion project.
• Act as a blended PM/PO, driving execution and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage large-scale, complex programs including system upgrades, conversions, and regulatory implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise-level environments.
• Proven track record leading system conversions and upgrades.
• Experience in banking and financial services is required; commercial banking experience is a plus.
• Prior involvement in M&A-related conversions is highly desirable.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with systems such as LoanIQ (LIQ), AFS, Stucky, Lucas, and mortgage servicing platforms.
