What You’ll Do:
Work on active job sites and gain hands-on experience
Assist with bidding, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Manage submittals, permits, and change orders
Be a key player in project meetings and decision-making
Learn from experienced pros while fast-tracking your career
What You Need:
A 4-year degree in construction management
Some experience in estimating & managing projects
A go-getter mindset and willingness to learn
Pay: $80K-$85K + Bonus & Full Benefits
