Description

You will have the ability to identify opportunities and lead business process re-engineering efforts. You will be responsible for leading medium to large-scale, global, cross-functional projects, and building and implementing innovative technology and business process solutions that increase efficiencies, enhance customer satisfaction, foster customer loyalty, and drive revenue. This role requires collaboration with senior management and global teams to define processes and system roadmaps, and to drive organizational improvements, aligned with our strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding future strategies and anticipating organizational needs
• Building internal and external expertise to promote best practices and innovation
• Conducting situation analysis and audits of current organization, processes, data, and systems
• Performing gap analysis between As-Is and To-Be processes
• Proposing and implementing new solutions globally or locally
• Developing metrics such as customer satisfaction, user acceptance, and business impact

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Gather and synthesize detailed global business requirements and design specifications.
2. Assess current processes and develop future business processes.
3. Serve as liaison to operations teams to develop technology solutions supporting WW SOS initiatives.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Act as a liaison between business teams and IS&T to ensure requirements are met.
6. Drive the design, development, and implementation of customer solutions.
7. Define and manage business process and technology roadmaps supporting long-term strategies.
8. Implement new ideas within the Apple culture, influencing decisions and change management through collaboration and leadership.
9. Provide functional subject matter expertise.
10. Manage complex projects through major milestones, developing proposals and securing executive approval.
11. Maintain project governance documentation to ensure success.
12. Facilitate testing, rollout, and post-project reviews.
13. Provide timely updates and escalate critical risks to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of broad supply chain management experience, including logistics, fulfillment, transportation, global trade compliance, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma.
• Experience managing medium to large projects (6-12+ months), including requirements gathering and planning.
• Proficiency with systems implementation, business process flow diagramming, process modeling tools, MS Excel, and project planning tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA is desirable.
• Proven ability to lead multiple efforts simultaneously in a global environment.
• Ability to handle complexity, meet deadlines, and adhere to budget constraints.
• Excellent communication skills across teams and management levels.
• Strong leadership and team effectiveness skills.

At Apple, compensation includes base salary within a range of $175,300 to $263,900, depending on skills and experience. Employees may also participate in stock programs, receive benefits, and have opportunities for bonuses or relocation support.
