Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE)

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) in Consumer and Small Business Banking, as part of Branch Banking. The Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (SAFE) employee will transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role upon successful completion of licensing requirements.

In this role you will:

• Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers, and deepen existing relationships.
• Review and analyze moderately complex customer concerns.
• Escalate banking related issues or business risks.
• Advise customers on various financial options and services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Wells Fargo's banking, credit, and investment services.
• Identify client needs and goals, and partner with peers to meet them.
• Understand and manage business risks.
• Collect and analyze customer information to develop customized plans.
• Build relationships with branch colleagues, customers, and partners.
• Exercise independent judgement in managing client relationships.
• Be an active member of the branch team.
• This SAFE position requires compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships.
• 3+ years of experience recommending products and services.

Desired Qualifications:

• Financial services industry experience.
• Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams.
• State Insurance license(s).
• 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of book of business processes.
• Knowledge of Branch Banking compliance controls.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology.
• Experience using strong business acumen to provide financial services consultation.
• Knowledge of financial services consumer lending products.
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism.
• High motivation with ability to meet team objectives.
• Experience mentoring and peer-coaching others.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
• Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management culture.
• Current registration for FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required.
• State Insurance license(s) required.
• Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate FINRA license(s) required.
• Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet qualification requirements.
