Senior PLC Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our engineering team, you will:

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including system requirements analysis, hardware design, and PLC programming.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers and consultants to design and implement advanced control solutions.
• Oversee the integration, verification, and commissioning of control systems.
• Utilize your knowledge of industry standards and current technologies to enhance project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• Proficiency with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and/or Schneider PLC/HMI Programming.
• Solid understanding of A/C and low voltage D/C electrical circuits.
• Demonstrated controls programming and troubleshooting abilities.
• Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and device data sheets.
• Familiarity with using testing and metering devices.
• Comfortable navigating Windows operating systems and software.
• Strong interpersonal skills alongside professional written and oral communication capabilities.
• Exhibit solid business ethics and professionalism at all times.
• Ability to climb stairs and/or ladders as necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
