Join our dynamic team as a Senior Oracle ERP Consultant, where you'll play a critical role in optimizing our global business processes through Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. Your expertise will help us enhance our Finance and HCM practices while providing strategic support to our operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of comprehensive business solutions by utilizing Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, focusing on simplifying and reusing Financial and HCM functionalities.
- Facilitate business process reengineering with various units to align with the UniFirst Global Template solution, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Support integration solutions with third-party applications centered around master data management and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with UniFirst's strategic partners to design, configure, test, and deploy enhanced functionalities and modules.
- Maintain accurate Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications documentation to support build activities.
- Develop and oversee test scripts for validation activities, manage defects, and ensure comprehensive auditing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new functionalities in Oracle EBS to drive business process reengineering efforts.
- Oversee Master Data Management processes related to business transitions, ensuring high data quality and efficiency.
- Establish, track, and manage critical KPIs to support Business Analytics and reporting requirements.
- Regularly analyze Oracle Cloud Fusion updates, planning patches, and changes to meet our strategic goals.
- Create thorough process documentation to aid in testing, training, and communication efforts.
- Support training programs for Process Owners, Super Users, and End Users.
- Collaborate effectively with other ERP and IT team members to ensure seamless change management.
- Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to review ongoing business processes and project updates.
Qualifications:
- BS / BA in Information Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in technical or functional deployment of Oracle ERP solutions, encompassing at least seven (7) years in R12 Financial and Core HCM solutions.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS) ERP.
- Proficiency in integrating Oracle Fusion ERP with third-party systems and data management solutions.
- Experience in project financial cutover processes and managing project estimates.
- Strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and analysis.
