Senior Network Engineer

Description

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to support vital projects in a secure setting. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with significant experience in managing, operating, and maintaining complex network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and enhance secure network architectures in enterprise and classified environments.
• Lead performance tuning, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery planning for networks.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and protocols (DISA STIGs, RMF).
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver robust, high-availability network solutions.
• Automate network administration tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience; significant additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive expertise in network security.
• Must be 8570 compliant, ideally holding a CompTIA Security + CE or higher certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in DoD or Intelligence Community environments.
• Strong background in network hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance practices.
• Exceptional communication and technical documentation abilities.

Pay Range: $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
