Senior .NET Programmer / Analyst

Vaco is actively seeking a Senior .NET Programmer / Analyst to support our client's continued growth in Memphis. This is a long-term consulting / contract-to-hire opportunity to join a highly respected organization that is a proven leader in their field.
Position Overview
The Senior Software Engineer will possess expertise in React.js and .NET Core to develop and enhance enterprise-level applications. The role requires strong full-stack development experience, proficiency in building REST APIs, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems, drive technical excellence through test-driven development, and support CI/CD deployments.
Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and support applications using React.js, .NET Core, and REST APIs.
• Partner with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the redesign and enhancement of existing applications requiring complex modifications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support deployments.
• Conduct system analysis, testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, guiding them on development best practices and solution design.
• Contribute to organizational business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.

• Target W2 Compensation Range : $60 - $65 p/h
