FLSA: Exempt, Salary
LOCATION: Orem, Utah Corporate Office
COMPENSATION: $110,000 -$120,000 annually + 10% Annual Bonus Potential

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will leverage deep analytical expertise to drive strategic marketing initiatives, enhance campaign effectiveness, optimize member retention, and reduce customer acquisition costs. If you're passionate about translating data into impactful strategic insights and excel at guiding cross-functional decision-making, we want you on our team.
DELIVERABLES

• Lead comprehensive analyses to generate strategic, actionable insights that drive significant improvements in marketing campaigns and customer retention.
• Develop and oversee insightful dashboards and reports to clearly communicate marketing performance, customer value, and retention trends.
• Perform in-depth churn analyses, identifying root causes, emerging trends, and recommending strategic solutions.
• Act as a strategic partner to marketing, sales, and operational leadership, providing insights and influencing data-driven decisions.
• Work with the data platform team to identify new data sources, models etc. to enhance insights and grow the marketing analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data Scientist on enhancing or creating new ML / AI capabilities directed at marketing performance.
• Design, manage, and interpret complex A/B tests and marketing experiments.
• Clearly and persuasively communicate analytical findings and recommendations through visualizations, reports, and executive-level presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proficiency in using Python and corresponding libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Plotly) for more advanced analytics and visualizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer retention and churn analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proven experience in communicating complex insights effectively to senior stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certifications or additional training in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.
• Background working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Primary work in a fitness facility and office setting. Temperature variations can occur. The environment includes some ambient noise such as talking and use of gym equipment and machinery.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
• Physical Strength: Non-Sedentary work, standing and walking most of the time. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions and relay instructions to clients
• Attendance is an essential duty of the position. Employees must work regularly scheduled shifts, during business hours to assist members and sell services in-person.
