Key Responsibilities:

The Tram Driver is essential in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of residents for appointments and outings on campus utilizing the community trams. This role requires providing necessary assistance to residents during transport while fulfilling essential operational driving tasks.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months of driving experience and must hold a current and valid Florida driver's license upon hire. Candidates should also be willing and able to obtain CPR certification.

Additional Requirements:

• Must maintain a clean DMV driving record.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and an ability to manage stress while addressing the needs of older adults.
• Proficient in client- and customer-focused problem-solving approaches.
• Demonstrated sensitivity towards the needs of older adults and a genuine enjoyment in working with the senior population.

Pay Range: USD $15.45 - USD $16.30 / Hr.
