Position Overview
The Senior Job Captain/Unlicensed Architect will play a crucial role in leading healthcare design projects, ensuring compliance with HCAI and OSHPD regulations. This position is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive experience in healthcare architecture and a passion for delivering innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare design projects from conceptualization through completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure adherence to HCAI and OSHPD standards and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Revit and BIM technologies to create and manage project documentation and design models.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction progress and quality assurance.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare architecture or related projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of HCAI and OSHPD regulations.
• Experience as a Senior Job Captain or equivalent role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
