Senior Human Resources Generalist

Overview

Our client, a well-established organization in the Ewing, NJ area, is seeking a Human Resources Professional to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing core HR functions, supporting company-wide initiatives, and driving employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional who is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for fostering a strong organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives
• Partner with leadership on HR strategy and policy development
• Maintain and ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
• Handle benefits administration and coordinate with vendors as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Work Schedule

Hybrid schedule, on site 4 days, remote one day.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive base salary between $95,000-$115,000, along with bonus eligibility. A comprehensive benefits package will be offered, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
