Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to support liquidity planning.
• Oversee monthly financial consolidations across multiple business units, ensuring consistency and integrity of financial data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Prepare variance analyses and present findings to senior leadership.
• Support ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
