Responsibilities

• Partner with CE regional teams to influence customer‑level pricing strategies and proposals, building financial analysis and sharing insights focused on profitable growth.
• Influence pricing matrices and strategies to ensure effective execution of the brand value proposition through partnership with Contracting Strategy, Pricing, Brand Marketing, and Contract Execution.
• Work with CE senior leadership to measure success of core strategic priorities, including sales growth in covered accounts, ASC's, and targeted accounts.
• Attend Customer Pricing Committee (CPC) meetings to gain senior leadership insights and perspective on strategic direction of the organization.
• Actively manage monthly reserves through predictive analytics and customer payments; perform month‑end close journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; a master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting, leadership, or related business experience.
• Professional certifications (CMA, CPA) and/or MBA preferred.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, public accounting, corporate finance, or manufacturing preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
• Ability to challenge business partners and propose alternative solutions.

Compensation

Base salary range: $77,000 – $124,200.

Eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with company policy.
