A leading logistics and transportation company is expanding its sales team and seeking an experienced Senior Field Sales Executive to drive growth across domestic and cross-border markets. What You'll Do

• Generate new business and expand existing accounts through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
• Develop customized logistics solutions for clients across U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure seamless cross-border and domestic transportation service.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with professionalism and strategic insight.
• Identify opportunities to grow international freight/NVOCC services where applicable.
• Deliver consistent revenue and margin growth by understanding customer needs and market trends.

What You Bring

• 7 to 10 years of outside sales experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage.
• Proven success selling cross-border (U.S.CanadaMexico) and domestic transportation solutions.
• Strong understanding of truckload, LTL, intermodal, and cross-border compliance requirements.
• Experience with international freight forwarding/NVOCC is a strong plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Based in Houston, TX with ability to travel regionally to meet clients.
