Senior Ethics & Compliance Investigations Specialist

Highlights of Your Role:

• Lead all stages of complex investigations into workplace misconduct, including planning, document analysis, interviews, and report writing to guarantee thorough, impartial, and consistent handling.
• Assist in triaging reports received via the EthicsPoint system, ensuring assignment to unbiased investigators without actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of investigations, support data integrity and reporting needs, and conduct regular audits to confirm the proper storage of investigation records.
• Collaborate with HR to develop and uphold investigation processes, protocols, templates, and documentation standards for consistency.
• Analyze reported concerns and employee experience data to identify trends, advising on training, policy updates, and risk mitigation strategies.

You’re a Good Fit If You Have:

• A bachelor’s degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Preferred compliance and/or investigations certification (e.g., CCEP, PHR, SHRM-CP).
• 5+ years of experience in HR, Compliance, or Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (e.g., Title VII, FMLA, ADAAA, ADEA, NLRA), standard investigation practices, and case management systems (e.g., EthicsPoint, Navex).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
