Roles and Responsibilities

  Responsible for developing and managing engineering / technology projects. Interfaces with internal/external customers to ensure organization resource allocation is made. Accountable to deliver and manage the scope of work to the original cost estimate.

  Drives successful project execution using earned value management techniques

  Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others

  Ability to build and integrate complex schedules and dependencies across multiple projects

  Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations

  Independently performs critical path analysis to understand project schedules, risks and proposes mitigation strategies

  Utilizes Flight Deck fundamentals and tools as a foundation for project management and problem solving

Required Qualifications

  Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical field from an accredited college or university

  n
n
• n

  Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience (Including project management or Program Management)

• n

  This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions and this posting is only for U.S. Citizens. GE will require proof of status.
