Senior Digital Strategy Analyst (CPG)

DESCRIPTION

Open to locations that are a 2-hour drive from Cincinnati, OH with the understanding that you will be expected to attend onsite meetings as planned.

You will turn data into actionable insights , identify growth opportunities, and provide solutions to improve digital marketing ROI . You should have a knack for using metrics from various platforms, a forward-thinking mindset, and excellent communication skills to keep the team updated on the latest digital insights .

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide analytical insights and recommendations for digital performance utilizing retailer POS, KPM, 84.51, Stratum, NielsenIQ/Circana (IRI) data sources , Analytic Index , and other reporting tools.

• Measure the impact of the client's digital activity on sales results and develop business presentations to effectively share your recommendations and close opportunity gaps.

• Design and update digital analytics dashboards and reporting across client portfolios.

• Leverage relationships with clients to understand key retailer deliverables , category strategies, and project timelines.

• Work closely with sales partners, category management, and omnichannel teams to ensure quality results are delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, preferred

• 2-3 years of related experience in the e-commerce/digital space

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of digital media, web metrics, and campaign reporting

• Effectively and independently conduct data mining to bring forth actionable recommendations.

• Reliable self-starter with attention to detail and passion for quality

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure while managing workloads effectively , and willing to multi-task and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities.

• Demonstrate an advanced degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications, including Excel and PowerPoint .
