Senior Consultant - Life Sciences Advisory - Market Access Strategy

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of pricing, value, and access strategies, working closely with senior staff and managing consulting teams on multiple projects. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients on product planning, reimbursement, and commercialization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead projects on pricing and reimbursement, market access, and value communication strategies.
• Conduct thorough market research, including qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys, utilizing various pricing methodologies.
• Understand and navigate access landscapes across major and emerging global markets.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to address client business inquiries regarding global market access.
• Maintain and foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to explore new business opportunities.
• Support the creation of new analytical methodologies and thought leadership within the team.
• Mentor and train junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science, biomedical engineering, or healthcare policy and planning.
• 3-5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, focusing on value and access in global markets.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing strategies for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry's drug development and market launch processes.
• Ability to analyze complex information and convey clear strategic recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate-level degree in business or a health-related field.
• Experience as a project manager with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Annual Salary: The salary range for this position is $89,000.00 to $148,000.00, with compensation decisions influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
