Senior Business Analyst

Seeking onsite opportunity in a collaborative and data-driven team environment.

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and manage financial trackers, forecasts, and reconciliations for Talent-related budgets; support with variance reporting and financial documentation.

• Lead procurement activities including purchase order (PO) creation, vendor tracking, and reconciliation of services delivered to ensure compliance with timelines and contracts.

• Support the creation of dashboards and data reports, consolidating inputs from Finance, People Analytics, and HR operations.

• Prepare materials and slide decks for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other key leadership meetings.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 6+ years of experience in finance, procurement, HR operations, or analytics-related roles.

• Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling), SAP, Coupa, and Workday; Power BI and Vizier are a plus.

• Proven ability to track KPIs, reconcile reports, and manage procurement systems and vendor relations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related discipline; must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Pay Details: $60.63 per week
